Amid the continuing heatwave here, I had cause to re-visit Bury and found the above addition to the little park smack in the middle of the town, opposite the art gallery. The Fusilier's Regiment plans to open a museum beside the park so this is part of that campaign. In the sunshine, with the young family picnicking behind it, the horror of our support (deferential to the US) of Israeli warcrimes struck home particularly hard.
